You and General Component Supply Solutions enter a binding contract when you make an order. You are subject to the terms and conditions listed below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, do not place an order. An upfront payment is necessary for all turnkey clients. We require either 50% of the order or the component cost, whichever is higher. The remaining payment must be paid at the time of shipment unless your company has been given the all-clear for Net terms. General Component Supply accounts for the price of purchasing a solder stencil for each quotation. You will also be charged labor for any machine-placed SMT components and any manually-inserted through-hole components. If we need to create special oven profiles, conformal coatings, essential changes, special gluing, component masking, or complicated tooling operations like press-fit connectors, crimp connectors, and pins, we will raise your quote. This is not considered in your quote.
